Fixed Quote
Best for simple planned rides from Point A to Point B, including airport transfers, scheduled local trips, and straightforward one-way rides.
- Route and timing are mostly known
- Price is based on duration tier and service type
- Best when stops and waiting are limited
Hourly Service
Best when the schedule is flexible, uncertain, or includes waiting time, multiple stops, event standby, or longer reserved availability.
- 2-hour minimum reservation
- Waiting and stops are included within reserved time

Fixed Quote Time Policy
- Start time begins upon arrival at the pickup location.
- End time ends after drop-off and unloading.
- A 10-minute grace buffer is included.
- Time beyond the buffer may move the ride to the next pricing tier.
- After 10 minutes, additional waiting time may result in service adjustment and/or additional charges.
Fixed Quote Example
Final quote depends on trip duration, passengers, checked bags, pickup distance, schedule pressure, and any applicable premium.
Reserved time for flexible plans and standby service.
Hourly service is best when timing, stops, waiting, or final plans are flexible. Reserved time includes driver and vehicle availability.

Hourly Service Time Policy
- Service time starts at the scheduled reservation time, unless both sides agree to begin earlier.
- Service time ends when the reserved service period concludes.
- A 10-minute grace buffer is included.
- Time beyond the buffer may result in additional billable time and/or service adjustment.
- Waiting, stops, idle time, event standby, and flexible timing are included within reserved service time.
Hourly Service Quote Example
Hourly service protects availability for uncertain schedules, multiple stops, waiting, events, and private standby needs.
Premiums apply when timing, demand, or service conditions require additional availability.
Premiums are applied only when the defined condition applies to the requested service.
Fixed Quote & Hourly Service Premiums
- Extended Hours Premium: 9 PM – 5:59 AM, +10%
- Weekend bookings: Fri 6 PM through Sun 11:59 PM, +20%
- Major holidays, +30%
- Rush requests under 2 hours notice: +$25
- Extended pickup driving time may apply
Quote Validity
- Quotes are based on current availability and are valid for 24 hours unless otherwise noted.
- Pricing and availability are subject to confirmation at the time of booking.
- Booking is only confirmed after required payment is received.
Fixed Quote Payment Policy
- Trips under 60 minutes require full payment to confirm.
- Trips 60 minutes or longer require a 50% deposit to confirm.
- Remaining balance must be completed before the ride begins.
- Same-day urgent or rush bookings require full upfront payment.
- Adjustments must be settled before the ride ends.
- After-ride payment is not allowed.
Hourly Service Payment Policy
- Hourly service reservations require 100% upfront payment to confirm.
- Same-day or rush hourly service requires 100% upfront payment.
- Service extensions must be approved and paid before the extension continues whenever possible.
- After-service payment is not allowed.
